Race Description

• Course layout

  • Marathon & Half Marathon: Start on the promenade, run out to the shore near Red Bank Farm, then loop back. Marathon runners complete 2 laps of this circuit, while Half Marathon runners do 1 lap.

  • 10K: Follows the same course initially, then peels off back to the finish at approximately 5 km.

• Course features
  Flat, promenade-based routes with fully marked and marshalled courses, water stations, and coastal views ideal for fast times and scenic enjoyment
