The Manchester – Bobble Wobble Run 2025 is a festive, flexible running event held along the River Mersey towpath at Hardy Farm (Greater Manchester). Designed to be fun, inclusive and open to a wide range of abilities, participants choose how far they run or walk (from one lap to multiple laps) in a timed format and earn a branded bobble-hat and medal for finishing.

Race Description

The event uses a scenic towpath route alongside the River Mersey, starting at Hardy Farm and looping out and back. The terrain is mostly flat and fast, and runners can decide on the day how far they will go—complete one lap or multiple until the time limit. Unique for the bobble-hat giveaway, festive atmosphere and flexible format.

• Minimum Distance: One lap (~3.28 miles) or as far as you go within the 7-hour time limit.

• Terrain: Towpath/trail mix, flat route, suitable for light trail shoes or road shoes if dry.

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18+ (UKA/TRA rules apply)

• Charity Partner: Chosen charity is “Flock and Fluff Charity” (animal rescue) with £1 donated per entry.
