About the Event

Organised by bigmoose, the event is designed to show that running can change lives. Participants can choose from a range of distances, including a family-friendly 5K walk through to a challenging 50K ultra marathon, with all routes centred around Bute Park.

Rather than focusing on competition, the event celebrates community, inclusion and mental health awareness. Whether you walk, jog or run, you’ll be joining thousands of people wearing the iconic bigmoose spotty T-shirt to help start conversations around mental health while raising money for life-changing therapy.

The event village offers a lively atmosphere with local traders, food vendors and entertainment, creating a memorable day for participants and supporters alike. The event is also accredited by SheRACES, recognising its commitment to making races more inclusive and welcoming for everyone.

Important Information

• Open to all ages (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
• Both in-person and virtual participation options are available
• Tickets are non-refundable
• Nearby city centre parking is available, with Sophia Gardens and North Road car parks recommended
• Participants are encouraged to fundraise, with every £100 raised funding one therapy session for someone in need.

Entry Prices

• £25 with intention of fundraising £50.

Entry includes the official event T-shirt, and medal.
