Do I need to run a certain distance or pace?

No — any pace, any distance. Just complete 10 runs in May.

Can I run outside the UK?

Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

How are winners chosen?

All eligible entries go into a random draw. Eligibility is verified via Strava + Instagram.

Do I have to submit the form after my 10th run?

You can submit any time, but you must complete the requirements by the end of June.
