Race Description

Runners tackle multi-lap races around Burroughs Bank on measured circuits, with well-stocked aid stations roughly every mile offering water, squash, sweets and other fuel to keep participants going. Marshals provide full support throughout the day. The spooky challenge later in the afternoon/evening encourages head torches for safety and adds an extra atmospheric dimension as dusk falls. Fancy dress is encouraged for both events to enhance the Halloween fun.
