Middlesbrough Runs is a vibrant running event in the heart of Middlesbrough that brings together the town’s popular 10K and Ali Brownlee 5K on one day. Race Description

Both races take place on traffic-free streets laid out through Middlesbrough’s vibrant centre. The 10K route is ideal for those aiming for fast times as well as runners enjoying a scenic urban course, passing local landmarks and drawing support from enthusiastic spectators known locally as the Boro Red Army. The 5K offers a shorter, inclusive distance perfect for beginners, joggers, and competitive runners alike.

Additional Information

The minimum age to enter the Ali Brownlee 5K is 11 years on race day; for the Middlesbrough 10K, the minimum age is 15 years on race day.
