Race Description
The route traces the Fife Pilgrim Way across central Scotland, passing historic towns such as Dunfermline, Markinch, Ceres, and communities like Lochore and rural countryside. Entrants will experience a mix of woodland paths, farmland, tracks, and open country, culminating in a finish under the ruins of St Andrews Cathedral — an ultra that blends endurance with heritage, landscape, and journey-style running.Â

Additional Information
Age requirement: Entrants must be aged 20 or over.
Time limit: 15-hour cut-off for the ultra distance.
Entry Fees (2026): £120 (VIP list) / £135 (standard) / £150 (last 7 days)
Capacity & Safety: Event capacity is capped (approx. 150 entrants) to ensure manageable support, safety and logistics for a long-distance, point-to-point event.
