Race Description

The Manchester MoRun takes place within Heaton Park on a mainly flat, mixed terrain course featuring paths and light trails. Runners can choose from a 1.5K Mini MoRun, 5K, 10K, or take on the Half Marathon route. The 5K is one lap of the course, the 10K is two laps, and the half marathon includes an extra section plus multiple laps of the main route.

The event is suitable for a wide range of abilities — from first‑time runners and families, to more experienced athletes. Participants are encouraged to run for personal goals or in support of Movember and men’s health. There’s a lively, inclusive atmosphere with costume prizes and community support on course.
