 :00 AM. Participants should arrive in Newtown by 08:00 AM\; warm-up begins 
 at 08:40 AM\, with road closures starting at 08:15 AM\, and a cut-off time 
 at 10:30 AM.\n\n\nLocation - Race HQ\, Start & Finish: Open Newtown\, Back 
 Lane\, Newtown\, Powys\, SY16 2NH.\n\n\nEvent Type - Road race — 10K (one
  loop) on a short\, fast course with scenic riverside views.\n\n\nOrganiser

  finishes in the heart of Newtown town centre\, looping along closed roads 
 and pathways beside the River Severn. The route offers a very fast start an
 d finish and a smooth\, picturesque midsection. With kilometres marked and 
 marshalled throughout\, the environment is safe and spectator-friendly.\nWh
