 M. Participants should arrive in Newtown by 08:00 AM\; warm-up begins at 08
 :40 AM\, with road closures starting at 08:15 AM\, and a cut-off time at 10
 :30 AM.\n\n\nLocation - Race HQ\, Start & Finish: Open Newtown\, Back Lane\
 , Newtown\, Powys\, SY16 2NH.\n\n\nEvent Type - Road race — 10K (one loop

 shes in the heart of Newtown town centre\, looping along closed roads and p
 athways beside the River Severn. The route offers a very fast start and fin
 ish and a smooth\, picturesque midsection. With kilometres marked and marsh
 alled throughout\, the environment is safe and spectator-friendly.\nWhat’
