 s runners across the beautiful trails surrounding Dummer Down Farm\, featur
 ing a mixture of grass\, gravel paths and farm tracks. It's a true off-road
  10K that offers varied terrain without being overly technical\, making it 
 suitable for both experienced trail runners and those new to trail racing.\
 nMore than just a race\, Run The Down has been designed as a community expe
 rience. After crossing the finish line\, participants are encouraged to sta
 y and enjoy the event village\, complete with a local brewery\, food truck\
 , coffee truck and plenty of space to relax with fellow runners.\nThe event
  is organised in partnership with the Mental Health Awareness Club (MHAC)\,
  with a percentage of every entry donated to Mind\, helping to support ment
