 le raising funds for vital hospice care services.\nAbout the Event\nThe rac
 e follows a scenic 10K route through some of North London's most attractive
  residential areas\, including East Finchley and Muswell Hill. Along the wa
 y\, runners can enjoy panoramic views across London while taking part in on
 e of the capital's most community-focused running events.\nWhat makes Race 
 the Neighbours unique is its postcode competition. Participants represent t
 heir local area\, competing not only for individual honours but also for ne
 ighbourhood pride. The coveted Cherry Tree Cup is awarded to the postcode a
 rea with the fastest average finishing time\, adding an extra layer of exci
 tement to the event.\nRunners of all abilities are welcome\, whether you're
