 place around Southampton Common\, using a mixed course of paths\, trail and
  grass sections suitable for runners\, joggers and walkers of varying abili
 ties. A 1.5K Mini MoRun is offered for children and first‑timers\, while 
 the 5K\, 10K and Half Marathon provide options for more experienced partici
 pants.\nThe 5K route consists of one lap of the main course\, the 10K is tw
 o laps\, and the Half Marathon includes an initial loop followed by multipl
 e full laps of the main route. Participants are encouraged to run for perso
 nal goals\, fitness\, charity support or simply to enjoy a lively event atm
