  MoRunning\nRace Description\nThe York MoRun features multiple race distanc
 es around the York Racecourse area\, incorporating mainly flat paths with s
 ome undulating sections and mixed terrain including trail and tarmac. Parti
 cipants can enter the 1.5K Mini MoRun\, 5K\, 10K or step up to the Half Mar
 athon. The 5K consists of one lap\, the 10K two laps\, and the Half Maratho
 n includes an initial out‑and‑back section before four full laps of the
  main route. Dogs on short leads are welcome\, and off‑road running buggi
 es are permitted\, though the course is not suitable for wheelchair users.\
