 rch is a single-lap route that starts and finishes at Epsom Downs Racecours
 e. Runners head out from the racecourse onto the downs\, following a mix of
  bridleways\, trail paths and short road sections through picturesque Surre
 y countryside. The course is undulating but very runnable\, with wide open 
 views over the downs and plenty of variety in terrain.\nWhat’s Included\n
 \n\nFull chip timing via Sports Systems with marked kilometres.\n\n\nFinish
 er’s medal for all runners.\n\n\nDedicated bag drop and portable toilets 
 at race HQ.\n\n\nPrizes and prize money (e.g.\, category awards and top fin
 ishers).\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nThe race takes its name from the 
 historic “perch” unit of measurement (an old English length unit).\n\n\
