 circuit through the heart of Wales. It’s designed for experienced ultra-r
 unners who want to test their endurance over a continuous\, self-managed ef

  Description\nThe Mid Wales 200 is a non-stop\, ultra-endurance event where
  competitors must complete the full 200 mile course within 120 hours (5 day
 s) from the official start. The circular route ventures through the wild la
 ndscapes of Mid Wales\, encompassing trail paths\, forestry tracks and vall
 ey terrain with significant climbing\, showcasing dramatic scenery and hist
 oric long-distance paths as participants make their way back to the start/f
 inish in Machynlleth.\nWhat’s Included\n\n\nA network of aid stations rou
 ghly every 25 miles providing food\, drink and support\n\n\nSleep stations 
 located at three key points for rest breaks during the multi-day challenge\
 n\n\nDrop bag service to transport participant gear to each checkpoint\n\n\
 nLive tracking so friends and family can follow progress during the race\n\
 n\nExtensive support including medical staff and course marshals\n\n\nFinis

 n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nCompetitors must reach the 100 mile mark bef
 ore 55 hours into the race to continue.\n\n\nParticipants may be self-crewe
 d or supported by their own crew\; un-crewed entry is also possible with ev
 ent support.\n\n\nThe challenge combines trail (approximately 80 %) and roa
 d (approximately 20 %) surfaces and requires strong navigation and self-suf
 ficiency skills.\n\n\nSignificant endurance experience is recommended given
  the distance\, elevation and continuous time on course.
